Over 17 years of experience in business leadership, Nova has a record of accomplishment with building and sustaining high performing teams in both enterprise and entrepreneurial business models.  She has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry in Sales, Operations, and Training.   ​Nova has held a variety of sales, operations and training roles over her career with increasing responsibility, currently serving as Director of Training for AT&T.  
Nova leads over 200 full-time employees training professionals that support the retail and call center operation for AT&T Communications globally. She was responsible for key leadership and direction with several key projects over her career that helped preserve revenue through cost savings while also having impacts with job creation and business continuity.  Her breadth of experience, strategic mindset, and collaborative approach positioned Nova for success in her current role leading training strategy, design and delivery. She has also supported shared services across AT&T Communications. Nova’s passion for leading teams focuses on skill development with her entire organization, her drive to connect with the hearts and minds of her organization results in highly engaged and loyal team members.  Nova’s clients have long valued her business acumen, development experience, and consistent focus on customers and results. 

Key highlights of recent wins:
  • Large team leadership; spans of control as large as 250 full-time employees Responsible for the service and sales needs of 211 clients with total sales revenue of $96 million. 
  • Experienced in turning around low performing sales department by implementing strategic and solutions selling.
  • Oversaw direct line hiring, coached and developed account executives in a highly competitive marketplace. 
  • Created detailed business plans to utilize the most cost-effective channels for sales fulfillment.
While the scope of her impact for the company is impressive, the cornerstone for her success is her influence through her selfless investment to coach, develop and support other sets her apart as a shining example of service to others.  Through various community involvements and helping others in need, Nova serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations; Hillside, Inc., CCYA, Inc, Independence High School, Community Service Center of Central Florida and Devereux.  

Nova is a 2010 graduate of Coles College of Business Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University and holds the Titles of Ms. International 2016/2017, and  Transcontinental Ms. Universe 2019/2020 and credits her business background for much of her success in pageantry.  Nova lives in Roswell, Georgia with her husband, Mark and her family continues to grow through her children Lauren and Christopher and grandchildren Ava, Bella, Baby Perry, and Pierce.  ​
